Erica Kyere explains the process from seeds to weighing for the Kuapa Kokoo farmers.
It takes up to three years from when the seeds are planted in the forest until they become harvestable trees. The pods are cut down, collected and taken to be split for the cocoa beans inside. After fermenting and drying the beans are ready to be taken to the Recorder to be weighed and sold. A film from The Co-operative.
